No me pareció que mi cita era a una hora, llegué 15 min antes y después de mi llega una señora gorda a insistir querer pasar con el doctor que le avisen que esta ahí y el doctor la pasa antes que a mi y total que entré casi 2 horas después. Estuve a punto de regresarme a mi casa por que ya estaba muy molesto. Respeten los horarios de las personas. Nota: La señora no se veía que fuera mal o grave para que le dieran prioridad. Great place and great doctors. La habitación limpia al igual que las demás áreas. Cuenta con una pequeña cafetería que facilita la estancia a los acompañantes. Excellent attention, service. E	Erick Servin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy muy mal experiencia de mi parte no te dan seguimiento falta de intereses de parte de los doctores y del asesor sin quitar de parte el buen seguimiento del señor Eduardo lastima q no nos toco eduardo de asesor directo creo es la unica persona rescatable con las q convivi. Pero siempre te quieren dar el servicio mas caro y te desaniman de q no podras tener bebe si no eliges el metodología mas cara. Para mi sentir les falta ser mas comprometidos con el seguimiento debido a lo q conlleva todo este proceso. No recomiendo para nada la clinica. EN CUESTIÓN AL HOSPITAL, ENFERMER@S, NUTRIOLOGA, COMIDA, INSTALACIONES Y LIMPIEZA , todo fue excelente, me trataron super bien. Sin embargo llevo mas de 15 días pidiendo mi factura y no me la pueden enviar, cada llamada que hago me piden mis datos completos y jamas me han podido comunicar con alguien del área contable. Cuando por fin la recibo, la factura viene sin RFC, le pusieron el generico y asi no sirve para fines de deducción. A pesar de que la atención de los médicos es excelente por el tema de la poca formalidad con la factura no lo recomendaría ni regresaría a atenderme en el hospital. Facilities and service is good. However, I have been asking for my invoice for more than 15 days and they cannot send it to me, every call I make they ask for my complete data and they have never been able to communicate with someone from the accounting area. When I finally receive it, the invoice comes without RFC, they put the generic and thus it is not used for deduction purposes. Despite the fact that the care of the doctors is excellent due to the lack of formality with the bill, I would not recommend it or go back to treat myself at the hospital.
