No cumplieron con la fecha de entrega, tuve que esperar a que por lo menos me plancharan un pantalón que me urgía, al día siguiente descubrí que faltaba una cinta del pantalón y cuando regresé por lo demás, una camisa estaba rota... Su gran oferta de "solución" fue cortarle las dos mangas... A una camisa de vestir de mancuernillas!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos entregaron un traje dañado que no se podrá volver a usar, la encargada de la tienda no dio NI UNA SOLA SOLUCIÓN, pésimo servicio y pésima atención al cliente. Ojalá hubiera la opción de ponerles cero estrellas porque ni una se merecen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando fui a recoger la ropa que había dejado para lavado en seco, salió UNA CUCARACHA ENORME de la lavadora industrial que tienen. Los dependientes hicieron como que no vieron nada pero yo por supuesto grité y la señalé. Entonces sacaron una escoba y trataron de darle de escobazos, pero la cucaracha saltaba sobre los bultos de ropa de otros clientes y no lograron matarla. La señora que atiende me dijo super quitada de la pena que aunque fumigaban no había nada que podían hacer para evitarlas. En la vida vuelvo a dejar mi ropa ahí.

Le advertí a la señora que, como las copas no se pueden sacar, hay que lavarlo con mucho cuidado para que las copas no pierdan la forma ni se estropeen. Le valió un pepino a la señora: metió el vestido a lavadora! Se arruinaron completamente las copas y para acabarla el vestido ni siquiera quedó limpio. Tuve que descoser el vestido para sacarle las copas, ya inservibles, y mandarlo arreglar con una costurera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que todos coincidimos en qué la atención es PÉSIMA, han recibido múltiples quejas y no hacen nada al respecto, su negocio se irá a la quiebra por personas como ellas, la chica (que tiene un tatuaje en el brazo... izquierdo) dice ser la gerente de la tienda, dice que por sus políticas, no de la empresa, no puede aceptar prendas con manchas o pipí de mascotas y que si se le lleva ropa en una bolsa ella no puede meter las manos, parece que te hace un favor, su actitud de NO QUIERO ESTAR AQUÍ, al final al querer calificar nos llevamos la sorpresa de que no es un caso aislado y en la gran mayoría de los comentarios dicen exactamente lo mismo y que incluso les regresan las prendas rotas o en mal estado, para nunca regresar.
Si llamas al teléfono de quejas te preguntan "¿Quien llama?"... y resulta que jamás administración, todo mal.
