★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te decoloran la ropa y para llevar a cabo la reclamación es un verdadero tormento!! llamas al corporativo para levantar la queja y te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor….. y al final te van a decir “si quiere vaya a la PROFECO”, están de la fregada!!
Uno piensa que por ser franquicia obtendremos mejor servicio y atención pero es más fácil que te responda la tintorería de “Don Pepe” que estos weyes!!
Terrible service, they discolor your clothes and to carry out the claim it is a real torment !! You call the corporate to file the complaint and they treat you as if they were doing you a favor… .. and in the end they will tell you “if you want to go to PROFECO”, they are out of business!
One thinks that as a franchise we will get better service and attention but it is easier for the “Don Pepe” dry cleaner to answer you than these weyes !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita que esta acargo de esta tintorería ha sido mentirosa y grosera, me echó a perder una prenda, trató de esconderlo y echarme la culpa a mí. Solicité apoyo al corporativo y para mi sorpresa nunca recibí respuesta. Cuando asistes a una cadena de tintorerías como ésta, piensas que estás respaldado por experiencia y calidad, que no hace falta ponerse pesado para que atiendan tu caso ya que son serios. En el transcurso de mi solicitud me he visto expuesta a una ética deplorable y total desinterés. De las últimas prendas que había llevado, antes del problema, quedaba pendiente para mi entrega una blusa y pasó algo inaudito... la echó a perder!!!! Definitivamente en esta ocasión me atrevo a decir que fue a propósito y muy confiada ella al ver que no hubo respuesta del corporativo. Ahora serán dos caso, que de ser necesario, llevaré a la Profeco y por supuesto que NO REGRESARÉ A NINGUNA SUCURSAL DE ESTA CADENA. Por favor tomen precauciones.

Of the last clothes I had worn, before the problem, a blouse was pending for my delivery and something unheard of happened ... spoiled it! Definitely on this occasion I dare to say that it was on purpose and very confident she saw that there was no response from the corporate. Now there will be two cases, which if necessary, I will take to Profeco and of course I WILL NOT RETURN TO ANY BRANCH OF THIS CHAIN. Please take precautions.
