★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen bastantes cositas en el local, pero son SÚPER INFORMALES. Abren cuando quieren y a la hora que quieren. No contestan llamadas ni WA, sino hasta la hora que ellos quieren y quedan mal con las cosas que encargas sobre pedido. Mal, muy mal.
They have quite a few things on the premises, but they are SUPER CASUAL. They open when they want and at the time they want. They do not answer calls or WA, but until the time they want and they look bad with the things you order on request. Bad very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amplio surtido en todo lo referente a mascotas, en productos y precios es muy similar al local grande al interior del mercado de Portales; solo que aquí están exhibidos en un local mucho más grande y de forma bonita.
Las dos veces que he ido han estado tres chicas, una muy amable y dos que no te voltean a ver cuando les hablas; afortunadamente para mí, las dos veces me ha atendido la muy amable, que es la más bajita; así que con ella hay garantía de buena atención.
Nota: Si se quiere pagar con tarjeta, te cobran el 4% extra lo que es para pensarse si no lleva uno efectivo.
Wide assortment in everything related to pets, products and prices is very similar to the large premises inside the Portales market; only that here they are exhibited in a much larger and beautiful place.
The two times I have been there, three girls have been, one very friendly and two who do not turn to see you when you speak to them; Fortunately for me, both times the very kind one, who is the shortest, has assisted me; so with it there is a guarantee of good care.
Note: If you want to pay by card, they charge you an extra 4%, which is to be expected if you do not have a cash card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encargué una placa para mi perrita y la hicieron super mal. A penas y se alcanza a ver el nombre de mi perrita y casi casi me dijeron que fue mi culpa por encargar ese diseño y no otro. Pésimo servicio y no se hacen responsables de sus errores
I ordered a plate for my dog and they made it super bad. You can hardly see the name of my dog and they almost told me that it was my fault for commissioning that design and not another. Terrible service and they are not responsible for their mistakes
