★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general, Maxicopias es un establecimiento muy bueno en lo que respecta a impresiones digitales. Sin embargo, esta sucursal ha sido la peor a la que me he acercado ya que da la impresión de que no toman en serio al cliente, en lo personal he quedado inconforme y molesto con la atención con la que me han atendido.
Me impresiona que, a pesar de estar rodeados de corporativos y empresas grandes que requieran de pagos con tarjeta, sólo cuenten con una terminal.
Muy lamentable el sistema con el que operan, ya que desde caja hay un serio problema de atención, así como de priorizar tareas al momento de finalizar el servicio.
In general, Maxicopias is a very good establishment when it comes to digital printing. However, this branch has been the worst I have approached since it gives the impression that they do not take the client seriously, I have been personally dissatisfied and annoyed with the attention with which they have treated me.
I am impressed that, despite being surrounded by corporate and large companies that require card payments, they only have one terminal.
The system with which they operate is very regrettable, since from the box there is a serious problem of attention, as well as prioritizing tasks at the moment of finishing the service.
