The store, super good, but the workshop leaves a lot to be desired. They charge what they want and literally "string you" even what they didn't do to you. Bad very bad

YA ESTUVE AFUERA 30 MINUTOS Y NI VIGILANTE, NADIE APARECIÓ ASÍ QUE EL PROXIMO VIERNES LO CONSTATARE Y LES CUENTO. LA ATENCIÓN ES PÉSIMA EN REFACCIONES A PARTE DE DEMORAS EN LAS FECHAS. NUNCA DEVUELVEN LAS LLAMADAS DE SEGUIMIENTO.
The Real schedule is from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday. DO NOT MAKE A CASE TO THE TIME OF THE PHONE NUMBER IS LIE. I WAS ALREADY 30 MINUTES AWAY AND NEITHER WATCHING, NOBODY APPEARED SO THAT THE NEXT FRIDAY SHALL CONSTATATE AND TELL THEM. ATTENTION IS BAD IN REFACTIONS FROM DELAYS ON DATES. THE FOLLOW-UP CALLS NEVER RETURN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He tenido problemas de servicio en los tres departamentos, ventas: me entregaron el manual tres meses después de que me entregaron la moto, no me dieron los cilindros de las llaves de las maletas, en el taller: rayaron el rin trasero (demasiado) al cambiAr una llanta, refacciones, no tienen disponible ni siguiera bujías para mi moto, retrasos en fechas de entrega. El algunos miembros personal tiene buena actitud pero en verdad no basta, comparado con otras agencias deja mucho que desear, si no quieres pasar malos ratos y corajes mejor ve a otra agencia Triumph.
I have had service problems in the three departments, sales: they gave me the manual three months after they delivered the bike, they did not give me the cylinders of the luggage keys, in the workshop: they scratched the rear wheel (too much) to the change a tire, spare parts, they do not even have spark plugs available for my motorcycle, delays in delivery dates. Some of the staff members have a good attitude but it really is not enough, compared to other agencies it leaves much to be desired, if you do not want to have a bad time and anger better go to another Triumph agency.
