★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me imprimieron un mapa que estaba distinto de tamaño al que pedí y además mal impreso y no se hicieron responsables.
Aplicaron la de "quien lo imprimió no está", "lo checaré con el encargado", y siempre la respuesta es no. Pésimos.
Estuve dando vueltas como por dos semanas, por que uno se espera un buen servicio cuando las impresiones son así de caras, sin embargo no, si se equivocan no se hacen cargo.
NO PAGAR POR ADELANTADO
They printed a map that was different in size to the one I asked for and also badly printed and they were not responsible.
They applied the "who printed it is not here", "I will check with the manager", and the answer is always no. Terrible.
I was hanging around for about two weeks, because one expects a good service when the prints are this expensive, however no, if they make a mistake they don't take over.
