Entendí que el montó de mi consumo no valía el envío así que pedí las impresiones para pasar a recogerlas y cuando llegué aún no las tenían, además que me dijeron que debía llamar para confirmar mi correo (que fue lo que hice) y hacer transferencia, lo cuál no mencionaron en mi llamada, tenía prisa por eso pedí pasar sólo a recoger y pagar. Pésimo servicio, antes hasta por 20 pesos te entregaban a domicilio y te atendían con un servicio al cliente excelente. I wanted to make a request for home delivery for printing on sticky paper and they wanted to charge me 150 pesos just for the delivery. I understood that the amount of my consumption was not worth the shipment so I asked for the prints to pick them up and when I arrived they still did not have them, in addition they told me that I should call to confirm my email (which was what I did) and make a transfer, which they did not mention in my call, I was in a hurry so I asked to stop by just to pick up and pay. Terrible service, before for up to 20 pesos they would deliver to your home and they served you with excellent customer service.
