Ambas empresas buscar deslindarse de responsabilidades, argumentan no poder brindar información de la fecha de entrega, el servicio es muy tardado, los empleados parece que están improvisando dar la respuesta que más convenga y siempre justificando.
Refer to the collective agreement they have with Fedex. Terrible service. Both companies seek to dissociate themselves from responsibilities, they argue that they cannot provide information on the delivery date, the service is very long, the employees seem to be improvising to give the answer that best suits and always justifying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no llevan control de los envíos además e que hablas a sus teléfonos y no te dan información y que mal que fedex este afiliado con esta empresa. Los pedidos Durán más en llegar y tienen una pesima logística. Pésimo servicio no se merecen ni una estrella.
Poor service, they do not have control of the shipments, besides they talk to their phones and they do not give you information and what a bad fedex this affiliate is with this company. The orders Duran more in arriving and have a pessimistic logistics. Terrible service does not deserve a star.

Déspota el servicio y la atención al cliente
