Muy mala experiencia, entregan trabajos mal pintados y batallas para que se hagan responsables. Mi experiencia como cliente es recomendarle a tu seguro de GNP que te manden a otro taller.

Pues me tocó quedarme con este taller por aseguradora y fue un terrible servicio. Iniciaron el trabajo sin mi autorización, además de que me lo dejaron mal y no han querido responder por la falla que dejaron en la defensa. De verdad, si les toca ahí por GNP, preferible que sea en otro taller.
Well, I had to stay with this workshop for insurance and it was a terrible service. They started the job without my authorization, in addition to the fact that they left it wrong for me and they did not want to answer for the fault they left in the defense. Really, if it happens to them there for GNP, it is preferable that it be in another workshop.

EVÍTENSE LA PENA Y EL DOLOR DE CABEZA CON ESTE TALLER DONDE ROBAN(elaboro): Llevé mi carro al taller, me recibió la agente Rosario. Para empezar retuvieron mi carro desde el primer día, lo tuvieron un mes entero solamente para poderme confirmar el monto total del deducible, mientras me daban largas diciéndome que ya lo estaban arreglando,lo cuál resulto ser totalmente falso. Retiré mi unidad por inconformidad de que no le hicieron nada en poco más de un mes, para mi sorpresa al día siguiente de sacarlo (estando en carretera) empezó a sonar como si fuera arrastrando algo, me bajé a verificar. El carro tenía la tolva delantera arrastrando, cabe mencionar que el daño por el que entró fue en la parte trasera. Dado que ya me encontraba lejos continué mi camino con una sujeción temporal que le puse, aunque siguió sonando como que arrastraba algo. Para no alargar mas la historia, la facia delantera quedó en el pavimento al poco tiempo de estar circulando, facia que no pertenecía a mi auto, inclusive tenía unas marcas de número, cuándo jamás le habían hecho alguna modificación a la pieza. Una parte que se atornilla en vez de ser un aro era una media luna, se ve inclusive como si lo hubieran lijado. Nunca antes había chocado o tenido una falla. Entonces queda por demás decir que me robaron la facia delantera y me pusieron una dañada que se cayó por faltarle una parte para fijarse. Dañándose la tolva, loderas, faros antiniebla, parrilla, insignia, etc, etc. En agencia me calcularon en 32 mil el daño total. No se arriesguen a salir con una daño mucho mayor al que tenía su carro al entrar, no se paren por este taller. Y si se ven obligados tomen fotos a cada milímetro de su auto previo a entrar y al salir revisen con sumo detalle. Son unas ratas que no muestran empatía o remordimiento alguno. Obviamente GNP jamás respondió la queja formal que levanté vía telefónica y siguen teniendo este taller en su lista. Ahórrense la pena. Que mi caso sirva de aprendizaje para muchos más.
AVOID THE PENALTY AND HEADACHE WITH THIS WORKSHOP WHERE ROBAN (I elaborate): I took my car to the workshop, agent Rosario received me. One part that is screwed instead of being a hoop was a crescent, it looks even as if it had been sanded. I had never crashed or had a fault before. Then it remains to be said that my front face was stolen and a damaged one that fell because of missing a part to be fixed. Damaged to the hopper, loderas, fog lights, grill, badge, etc., etc. In agency they calculated me in 32 thousand the total damage. Do not risk going out with much greater damage than your car had when entering, do not stop by this workshop. And if they are forced, take pictures every millimeter of your car before entering and when leaving, check in great detail. They are rats that show no empathy or remorse. Obviously GNP never responded to the formal complaint I raised by telephone and they still have this workshop on their list. Save yourself the pain. May my case serve as learning for many more.

Taller de reparación de la Aseguradora GNP, por favor si pueden evitar este taller háganlo. Hacen los trabajos de pésima calidad. GNP solo tiene 2 opciones para elegir taller. De haber sabido...... Devaluaron mi carro, mal pintado, erraron el color, cajuela son cerrar, descuadrada. Que te dan garantía? Si pero te lo entregan peor. Daría cero estrellas
GNP Insurance repair shop, please, if you can avoid this shop, do it. They do poor quality work. GNP only has 2 options to choose workshop. If I had known... They devalued my car, badly painted, wrong color, trunk not closed, out of square. What guarantee do you have? Yes, but they give it to you worse. I would give zero stars
