★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El gimnasio es amplio, lo cual es bueno porque aunque haya mucha gente no se siente apretado. Los aparatos ya tienen su tiempo de uso pero aún están en buenas condiciones. Los instructores son atentos y dispuestos a ayudar y la gente que acude muy bien. Casi no hay fanfarrones ni gente que nada más va a criticar a los demás. Las instalaciones muy limpias y las regaderas son un buen plus.
The gym is spacious, which is good because even though there are a lot of people it doesn't feel crowded. The appliances are already in use but are still in good condition. The instructors are attentive and willing to help and the people who attend very well. There are hardly any boastful people or people who are just going to criticize others. Very clean facilities and showers are a nice plus.

Los equipos son viejos y nos los reparan pronto cuándo se dañan.
Las mancuernas se desarman constantemente al entrenar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Gimnasio, instructores buenos Octavio, Charlie, Miguel, Omar, ya que me han guiado poco a poco a lograr objetivos, puedo decir que poco a poco se hacen las metas de pesar 128k vamos en 83k.
Cuenta con Baños en ambas plantas, Regaderas planta alta, lockers, box, entre otras actividades.
En cuestión de precio están muy accesibles, $10 pesos diarios por una mejor vida, más saludable.
