Hay amplio y suficiente estacionamiento con varios cajones para cada negocio u oficina. La plaza queda a lado de una Farmacia Benavides que abre las 24 horas y enfrente sobre la calle Nayarit, se unica una cadena de tiendas Oxxo. Con horario regular. Plaza con espacios para renta de locales comerciales u oficinas. Bien. Se cuenta con disponibilidad para conectar fibra óptica y telefono fijo.
