Rentamos una minivan vieja 2012, te la rentan con llantas viejas, sensores activos por falta de mantenimiento y vidrios estrellados a punto de romperse. Nuestro error fue firmar antes de ver la unidad.El día de la entrega el coche no prendió por pila descargada, le cambian la pila y al día siguiente no vuelve a prender por que le pusieron una pila diferente y mal instalada. Una vez en carretera la llanta truena por que ya estaba vieja y parchada ( querían que anduviéramos con llanta de respuesta, hazme el favor , y en carretera ). Regresamos a Mty después de dos horas de camino a regresar la camioneta solicitando que se nos reembolse el dinero por fallas en la unidad y por más que sea pidió, jamas te regresan el dinero. Te entregan unidades a punto de fallar cualquier cosa ( y así te obligan a reparar lo que sea que falle ). Tengan cuidado con este establecimiento, te rentan todo en mal estado y no firmen antes de ver la unidad y checar todos los puntos. Terrible service, it falls short. M	Martha García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Rente una camioneta para 7 pasajeros y tienen una Odyseey o Sienna ambas viejísimos modelos y súper maltratadas. Fui a recogerla y no tenía pila, le cambiaron la pila y se volvió a quedar más adelante y me dijeron que porque no la supo poner el primero, les comenté que como iba a confiar en salir a carretera con mi familia así, si alguien no sabe pues que venga el que si!!! Confiamos una vez más y saliendo estalló una llanta. Nos regresamos a regresarles la súper deteriorada camioneta y no se dignaron a regresar nuestro dinero pese a todos los inconvenientes que nos hicieron pasar como clientes. Tengan cuidado porque aparte te hacen firmar el contrato ANTES de ver la unidad. En general pésimo servicio, los 2 muchachos que están ahí solo buscan lavarse las manos y nunca se disculparon.
