★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera poner cero estrellas lo haría, pésima organización, no hacen las reservaciones en el hotel donde dicen que te van a hospedar y obviamente por lo que pagaste y terminamos hospedados en un motel de cuarta todo sucio a la orilla de la carretera, perdimos 3 horas por esperar a dos "pasajeros" que resultaron ser amigos de la agencia y poco les importó el itinerario, no estuvimos el tiempo que se suponía estaríamos solo por estos personajes, sin mencionar que uno de ellos agredió verbalmente a un grupo de chicas y lanzó un objeto a una de ellas, la cuál estaba embarazada, la supuesta guía que iba con nosotros solo se dedicó a reírse en lugar de poner en su lugar al tipo, pero como ya mencioné, era su amigo, pésima agencia, pésimo trato, nefastos los encargados.
 If I could put zero stars I would, lousy organization, they do not make reservations at the hotel where they say they are going to stay you and obviously for what you paid and we ended up staying in a fourth-class motel all dirty on the side of the road, we lost 3 hours to wait for two "passengers" who turned out to be friends of the agency and didn't care about the itinerary, we weren't there for the time we were supposed to be just for these characters, not to mention that one of them verbally assaulted a group of girls and threw an object to one of them, who was pregnant, the supposed guide that was with us just laughed instead of putting the guy in his place, but as I already mentioned, it was his friend, lousy agency, lousy treatment, disastrous the managers.

Primero, nos nos hospedan donde deberían, nos terminan hospedando en un hotel todos sucio y lleno de chiches, nos hacen perder 3 horas esperando a dos personas que ELLOS MISMOS DECIDIERON ABANDONAR Y BAJAR DEL TOUR. Y resulta que son de una radiodifusora y por eso la coordinadora decidió y nos obligó a todos a esperarlos para así ella y la agencia no tengan represalias o malos comentarios por los dichos radiofusores. Es la peor agencia con la que he viajado, ni siquiera una estrella se merecen.
It is the worst agency. First, they put us up where they should, they end up putting us up in a hotel all dirty and full of chiches, they make us lose 3 hours waiting for two people THEY THEMSELVES DECIDED TO LEAVE AND GET DOWN FROM THE TOUR. And it turns out that they are from a broadcaster and that is why the coordinator decided and forced us all to wait for them so that she and the agency do not have retaliation or bad comments by said broadcasters. It is the worst agency I have traveled with, they do not even deserve a star.
