Yo lleve una blusa con unas manchas horribles y la muchacha se encargo de quitarlas, no me arrepiento de usar sus servicios. Muchas gracias ?? Les dejamos el cesto y cuando volvimos por él le quitaron ROPA SUCIA DE OTRA PERSONA y nos dieron uno que no era, estaba maltratado y ni siquiera era del color de nuestro cesto...le comentamos esto a la señora Zoila (por teléfono) y nos gritó asegurando que era nuestro cesto, cuando ni siquiera lo había visto!... pésimo servicio...entendemos que es un cesto pero nosotros ni siquiera fuimos groseros y nos trataron como si nosotros los hubiésemos ofendido. Es una lástima que por la distracción de sus empleados pierdan clientes. Terrible service ... we understand that it is a basket but we were not even rude and treated us as if we had offended them.
