Lo unico que no me agrada que si quieres cambiar tu modém que ya no funciona bien por los años que tiene, sucede que hay que pagar el módem, he tenido otros servicios de Internet y nunca me han cobrado los equipos, ni por daños ni por que ya no funcionen. Que mal esta parte. Igual los tecnicos de cable son muy flojos y groseros. Tardan en atender los reportes y al final no hacen nada.
The girls attend very well. They are very nice. The only thing that I do not like is that if you want to change your modem that no longer works well for the years it has been, it happens that you have to pay for the modem, I have had other Internet services and they have never charged me for the equipment, neither for damages nor for that no longer work. Too bad this part. Still the cable technicians are very lazy and rude. They take time to attend the reports and in the end they do nothing.
