★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleno mis expectativas, la casa es amplia y cómoda además de que estaba muy limpia y los anfitriones estuvieron siempre en contacto conmigo, disfrutamos la comodidad para descansar y también nos dió tiempo de nadar en la piscina, les recomiendo quedarse allí, está en una zona muy seguro y muy cerca de la 5ta avenida y el muelle a Cozumel
I fill my expectations, the house is spacious and comfortable, it was very clean and the hosts were always in contact with me, we enjoyed the comfort to rest and also gave us time to swim in the pool, I recommend staying there, it is in an area very safe and very close to 5th avenue and the pier to Cozumel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lindo lugar y agradable. Para remarcar: Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente y las tuberías (goteo) y con el gas natural. Tardaron un poco en responder y solucionarlo pero al fin lo hicieron. Se complica el acceso tanto para los servicios o para los que se hospedan al estar en un condominio privado con seguridad. Lo demás, muy cómodo y satisfactorio.
Very nice place and nice. To highlight: We had problems with hot water and pipes (dripping) and with natural gas. They took a while to respond and solve it but finally they did. Access is complicated both for the services or for those who stay while being in a private condominium with security. The rest, very comfortable and satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Całe osiedle bardzo zadbane z kontrola dostępu. Przez cały pobyt mieliśmy problem z woda, 2 dni próbowano naprawić problem ale niestety nie udało się. Bez żadnej informacji zostawiono nas bez wody. Na szczęście byliśmy tam tylko 4 dni. Osoba do kontaktu niezbyt zaangażowana w rozwiązanie naszych problemów. Proszę dopytywać o wszystkie szczegóły planując rezerwacje.
The whole estate is very well-kept, with access control. Throughout our stay we had a problem with the water, 2 days of trying to fix the problem but unfortunately we couldn't. Without any information, we were left without water. Luckily, we were only there for 4 days. Contact person not very involved in solving our problems. Please ask for all the details when planning your booking.
