★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention la chambre se trouve dans un appartement, la cuisine et le salon sont des espaces communs.
L’isolation sonore est médiocre, nous avions l’impression de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes...
La climatisation est correcte mais est situé juste en face du lit donc impossible de dormir en la laissant allumée (sauf si vous souhaitez tomber malade)
La terrasse est minuscule et difficile d’accès car la baie vitrée est presque impossible à ouvrir.
Seul point positif, l’emplacement, tout est à proximité mais je ne reviendrai pas, le prix n’en vaut pas la chandelle.
Please note that the bedroom is in an apartment, the kitchen and the living room are common areas.
The sound insulation is poor, we felt like we were sleeping with the windows open ...
The air conditioning is ok but is located right in front of the bed so impossible to sleep leaving it on (unless you want to get sick)
The terrace is tiny and difficult to access as the bay window is almost impossible to open.
Only positive point, the location, everything is nearby but I will not be back, the price is not worth the effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was better than I expected and incredibly cheap for what you get! The room was perfect, the pool was very clean and super quiet, the location couldn't be better and the owner is super friendly and showed me where to find a fantastic cup of coffee. The lounge and kitchen were a welcome change from a hotel room and it was nice being able to relax on the balcony. Definitely recommend if you're in Playa.
