★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is as traditional, farm to to table as you can find in the world. Traditional Barbeque Lamb (Barbequoa), cooked for 12+ house in pit dug into the ground. Lamb is raised on the family farm, slaughtered on site, then pit barbequed immediately. Served family style with homemade salsa's, quesedillas and tacos. Beautiful, very clean, modern interior with great service.
