★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can avoid this airline, do so. Mayair cancelled our flight, promised a refund, and did not expedite the refund. Three emails and as many phone calls later, a month has passed, and still no refund. Very suspect business practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting experience. Convenient to get between Cozumel and Cancun. Customer service needs improvement. Many times would just herd everyone around like sheep and never explain what was happening, how long, etc. Planes are little Cesnas, didn't expect that but is ok. It was an experience in itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. We were waiting at Cozumel’s airport and a lady came up to us to tell us our flight to Cancun’s airport was cancelled for no reason. Very informal and zero explanation or option. We had to rush over the ferry boat to try to get to Cancun.
Better to schedule the 2 additional hours to get fro Cozumel to Cancun’s airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small airline that has small planes to get to Cozumel, very short trip 20mins to Cancun, prices are cheap for a no thrills trip, you are allowed 20kg of luggage plus 5kg of carry on.
