★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien, solo que a la hora de la drenada final queda con mucha agua la ropa, y al meterla la ropa a la secadora 2 ciclos no bastan y eso puede causar que prendas queden feas. Recomiendo no secar la ropa ahi.
Y las lavadoras cada vez tardan menos tiempo su ciclo de lavado.
 This is fine, only that at the time of the final drainage the clothes are left with a lot of water, and when putting the clothes in the dryer 2 cycles are not enough and that can cause clothes to be ugly. I recommend not drying clothes there.
And washing machines are taking less time their wash cycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si se viaja por varios días. Esta es la mejor opción en Playa del Carmen para lavar la ropa. Muy local entonces no te van a cobrar diferente por ser turista.
If you travel for several days. This is the best option in Playa del Carmen to do laundry. Very local so they will not charge you differently for being a tourist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está lavandería no pertenece a Mayalab. No se puede comparar con Mayalab del centro que si es una lavandería de verdad.
El lugar es espantoso, todo sucio. Las máquinas son viejas y toda mi la ropa lavada huele a agua estancada/podrida y tendré que lavarla nuevamente (por supuesto en otro lugar)
Encima te cobran más por el servicio y luego se justifican diciendo "no escuché que tipo de lavadora me pidió"
La verdad no comprendo a la gente que la califica como buena lavandería. O serán familiares de los dueños o muy conformistas...
This laundry does not belong to Mayalab. It cannot be compared with Mayalab downtown, which is a real laundry.
The place is horrible, everything dirty. The machines are old and all my washed clothes smell like stagnant/rotten water and I will have to wash them again (of course somewhere else)
On top of that, they charge you more for the service and then justify themselves by saying "I didn't hear what kind of washing machine you asked for"
I really don't understand the people who describe it as a good laundry. Or they will be relatives of the owners or very conformist...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan. Prometen servicio y no se aparecen. Agendamos más de 4 veces. Ninguna vez se aparecieron. Nunca llamaron para cancelar. No contestan los mensajes. Para que tienen un servicio de whatsapp si van a ser tan poco profesionales? Terrible servicio al cliente!!!!
They never answer. They promise service and don't show up. We scheduled more than 4 times. They never showed up. They never called to cancel. They don't reply to messages. Why have a whatsapp service if they are going to be so unprofessional? Terrible customer service!!!!

Las lavadoras hay suficientes para todos y lavan bien. Solo la secadora no alcanzó a secar bien una carga completa de lavadora grande a pesar de poner doble tiempo
Good service by the manager, attentive and cordial.
There are enough washing machines for everyone and they wash well. Only the dryer did not manage to dry a full load of large washing machine well despite setting double time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 60 pesos for 40 minutes in the biggest machine, good price! closes at 9pm...self serve... could be a bit cleaner... be sure to speak a bit of spanish. Great overall!
