En una ocasión les tomó 2 horas llegar a mi locación sin exagerar. la comunicación es PÉSIMA y la persona que responde WhatsApp es cero amable y servicial. Pedi el menu desde la primera vez que hice mi pedido para pasarlo a mis compañeros y apoyar negocios locales comprando allá. No me lo enviaron hasta la tercera vez que lo pedí; sus precios en Facebook están desactualizados, así que no les recomiendo buscar allá. Espero que la calidad de este lugar mejore en cuanto a servicio, pues, es una lástima que por un servicio tan pobre pierda clientes un comercio local con tanto potencial. I give 5 stars to the products, 4 to the prices and 0 to the service which is the most important. They take too long to deliver orders. On one occasion it took them 2 hours to get to my location without exaggeration. communication is lousy and the person who answers whatsapp is zero friendly and helpful. I asked for the menu from the first time I placed my order to pass it on to my colleagues and support local businesses buying there. They didn't send it to me until the third time I asked for it; their prices on Facebook are out of date, so I don't recommend looking there. I hope that the quality of this place improves in terms of service, well, it is a pity that a local business with so much potential loses customers due to such poor service.

Me gustaba al principio sus hot cakes pero las demás veces que lo pedí a veces no traía ni la miel y era muy escaso los complementos. Que lástima ya se estaba volviendo mi lugar preferido, espero puedan mejorarlo y con gusto regresaré . They have bad service, they should improve it. In WhatsApp they take time to respond, and you never know if your order has already been sent because the person who responds never confirms the order. I liked their pancakes at first, but the other times I asked for it, sometimes it didn't even bring the honey and the accessories were very scarce. What a pity it was already becoming my favorite place, I hope they can improve it and I will gladly return.

Se puede ordenar por redes sociales, teléfono, o en el lugar y también tienen entrega a domicilio. Una opción sana y que apoya a productores locales. Excellent place to buy local fruits and vegetables, mainly from Oxkutzcab producers and also from many local artisan producers. They sell breakfasts like sandwiches, panninos, and other options. They also sell juices and fresh waters with various combinations. It can be ordered by social networks, telephone, or on the spot and they also have home delivery. Aceptan tarjeta y puedes llamar para encargar tu pedido. Sí considero que el servicio podría mejorar, no sé cómo están de personal, pero sí falta organización. Good value for money, they have very affordable products and the salads and breakfasts get you out of trouble. They accept card and you can call to order your order. I do think that the service could improve, I don't know how the staff is, but organization is lacking.

Chaya and dragonfruit are very good too. The fruit and pre-made sandwiches are very fresh and I bought an avocado recently that was reasonably priced and in very good condition. There is a nice selection of natural shampoos honeys and other natural luxury items. In my opinion the best and most extensive natural foods store in Merida. Good service as well and the workers prepare everything in sight which is nice too.
