All of the staff was friendly extra friendly so nice very helpful ! Loved the pools the restaurants and room service!

The people were nice and helpful at the front desk & gym. The room was ok and the balcony is only about 2 feet wide. There is some kind of very tiny bug that crawls around on the sink area. I would have given a million dollars not to have to hear the constant slamming doors that echo through the hallways especially early in the morning and late at night. Wearing a Mayan Palace bracelet, you are definitely looked down upon especially at the other gym and spa. The staff at the Main Pool were fabulous!! They could not have been nicer!!

Complex is very large-- too large and growing! Bad shuttle service. Hotel staff is very friendly. Pool is nearby. Rooms were damp and very musty. Won't be returning.

My bed smells awful. All of the fabric on the furniture and pillows is stained. Pricing is not transparent. Resort prices on drinks and dining are the same as where I live in downtown Denver. I want to go home.

While the place is beautiful, it's a total scam. Spent the day getting offered the same thing by five people, saying no one after another. I tried to leave after the second, but the building and way out was deliberately set up to be confusing. Who makes a elevator that only goes to the 9th floor, twice? Was there anything in the rest of the building? They wanted 40,000$, then 19,000$, then 7000$, then 6000$ and finally 2400$ by each sales person I saw trying to leave, each with pushier and pushier tactics. Would not recommend anyone to try the "free tour"

The hotel is very nice. All the persons working there were very friendly and helpful. The complex is amazing, the walkways through the trees and lakes just make it even more amazing and helps you connect with nature.

DO NOT BUY From my experience, this place is a complete scam. AS SOON as they get your money for the “membership” you are worthless to them. I visited the resort personally and wanted to stay there based on seeing their ads everywhere. The resort said I could come and talk to the sales team, take a tour, and sign up. I did this, and the guy sold me on this dream, that this was the best place ever etc etc. I paid for the membership believing i would receive everything he promised me. Now I find out everything was a scam and Vidanta takes zero responsibility saying the sales reps are outside people who work for Limitless Vacations not vidanta, and I’m not a member at all actually. They said they have nothing to do with what these limitless vacations people offered me or what I signed in contract. And will not help me at all. It’s not like I walked into an outside office and bought this, I WENT TO THE ACTUAL RESORT, and was taken for a tour by this sales rep, paid at the resort. So I’m confused how they take no responsibility. Money down the drain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Read all the other reviews too because there’s a lot of similar experiences. In addition to this scam, I did the day pass at the resort and the service is awful, and the food and drinks are insanely priced. The many other resorts I paid a lot less for in Mexico were far far better.

We have dearly bought membership. Over the five years, customer service has improved a lot. My last contact got our reservation pushed back to where we wanted; must have erred when I booked. Rick (Ricardo) fixed everything. The facility is about like Courtyard. There is much more to explore and enjoy here at Nuevo Vallarta, than Cancun, as much at Cancun seems to have supplemental charges. I enjoy the food. Seems more pricey than I'd pay except on vacation. Waking the venue is for dedicated walkers, but in addition to shuttle routed, one can call for special transport which has wheelchair facility.
