What a beautiful place !!! So relaxing , you are at the beach and the desert at the same time … This place has amazing customer service, all the staff is super friendly. The rooms are very nice and clean .The food is all so good . The have so many activities that you can do . The joy squad is the best , they are there to help you have a god time … kids , adult everyone will have fun with them . Franco and Damián are amazing they are very nice people and my kids loved them, the hotel is very lucky to have employees that care about there job, employees like them that make the hotel even better ,that talks so highly about this place . Iam so happy my family is having such a good time . I totally recommend it for all the family .

You can find everything in the resort. They will try to sell the timeshare. They won't bother you too much with that though. Great 1 week spent with family

Drove from San Diego via Mexicali to Puerto Penasco. It took about 6 hrs. Easy driving with no border crossing problems. Resort is smaller than other vidanta resorts we have visited. Reduced occupancy makes everything easy and accessible. Its our first full day here, so I will check with you later.

The building is really nice, service is great, but if you want to have a nice view, they push to assist a breakfast talk where they sell you memberships. They are very pushy. Most of the activities are at extra charge and you cannot pay cash. The pools were very cold and couldn't use them, except for the indoor one.

TOTALLY TRAGIC how the Vidanta Resort Ownership pitch ruins an otherwise beautiful place. Avoid it at all costs!!! It is humiliating and a huge waste of precious vacation time. The resort location and natural beauty is awesome. But BEWARE the spa and gym are closed, the lazy river is freezing cold and so are the pools! Staff people are sweet. Food is good but expensive. Beds are comfortable. So many better and cheaper places to stay in Puerto Punesco!

We have been coming to this resort for more than 15 years and it is always a wonderful time. Ahtziri at the front desk is an absolute sweet heart. The Joy Squad will make your experience wonderful with all the fun activities and fun members like Alberto. If you have kids take them to the kids area where there are lots of fun activities for them with the amazing Jessica who has been at the resort longer than we have been coming.

If I could give this place a negative 50000 star I would.... This company will lie to get you into a timeshare contract... We had our crying 3 year old with us for 6 HOURS during this visit that was only supposed to last 60 mins. They told us it was a 5 year contract and then after 5 years we would be able to purchase the property... After signing the contract and a month later we had the full $16,000 to give them. We called customer service for the first time to discuss the contract before we made a large payment. This is when we found out its actually for a 10 year contract and not a 5 year and there are no options to purchase at the end of the contract. The whole point was to own property in Mexico. Not a full time 10 year timeshare. They are refusing to terminate the contact and return our $5,300 down payment! I wish them nothing but misery! You should not lie to people just to make a commission and mess with their lives!

This resort has easy beach access and tons of things to do to keep you occupied. We got a good deal because we came with family that have time shares but they have paid a lot of money into those time shares and every year they come they try to up sell them and sell them more and more. It is ridiculous. Then they take them out for about 4 hours talking to them and trying to convince them to buy more. It’s pretty sad that they do this. Regular prices without having a timeshare vary from $410 to $696 per night! Over $5k for one week. That is way too high. The room service pizza also isn’t great. You would think that for the amount of money forked out the food would be a little better. Their breakfast buffet is pretty great though! The staff is also super nice and friendly and is always willing to help with anything you need. There are a lot of unfinished resorts surrounding this place and this has been the case for years. If they could finish those buildings up the whole place would look a lot better.
