Fui a un paquete en pareja y no disfrutamos del masaje. The place needs cleanliness and a lot of customer service. The towels were old and the massage beds small. I went for a couples package and we didn't enjoy the massage.

Resulta que quise comprar un certificado de regalo para mi esposa por el mes de Mayo y como poseo un conocimiento nulo del tema la persona de recepción se torno molesta y sin disposición para explicarme y ofrecerme sus servicios alegando que ya esta toda escrita la información en algún sitio y que debo de consultarla y atender todos los protocolos antes de hablar y bla bla bla. Obviamente no recomendaría contratar ninguno de sus servicios porque creo que es fundamental para un SPA crear siempre un ambiente de cordialidad y paz y no uno donde el cliente se tenga que sentir desvalorado. El masaje estuvo bien pero teníamos frío por la sabana que teníamos y el tiempo de espera mientras atendía a la otra. Al terminar vimos que tenían cobertores, sólo no los usaron. La tina es vieja, nunca se pudo activar el hidromasaje por lo cual estaba el agua fría Las sales eran pocas, sólo mancharon el traje de baño. Preferimos salirnos antes de tiempo, no valía la pena quedarnos. Lo peor, el trapo que usan como tapón y lo debes quitar al salir de la tina. El brunch es jugo artificial y baguette de atún, como la imagen. La atención al cliente es mala desde qué haces el depósito ( no nos pasaron la ubicación, hasta sig les llamamos ) No lo recomiendo.
