★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bonito y queda con salida a bulevar metropolitano, lástima que diario huele a humo y basura quemada porque prácticamente están las ladrilleras junto y no se como le tengan que hacer porque si sigue así adiós plusvalía. Y sin mencionar los problemas de salud que trae todo eso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy bonito para vivir, muy amplio y con muchísimas áreas verdes. Hay tanto espacio que no molesta el ruido de casa a casa, además las casas están muy bien construidas. En León es uno de los residenciales más económicos para comprar una casa o un terreno. Está un poco apartado de la ciudad, pero tiene acceso a vías las rápidas.
It is a very beautiful place to live, very spacious and with many green areas. There is so much space that the noise from house to house does not disturb, plus the houses are very well built. In León it is one of the cheapest residential areas to buy a house or land. It is a bit out of the city, but has access to fast roads.
