★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necesitan mejorar su atención al cliente, pésimo a pesar de tener buenos precios el personal necesita mejorar o capacitarse si el volumen de clientes es siempre el pretexto. Además de que es un lío hacer un pedido a domicilio, terminan enviándote los artículos que ellos quieren y no los que pides. No hagan corajes chicas, mejor vayan directo a tienda que al final los precios "normal" a la "promoción" no varían tanto ?
They need to improve their customer service, terrible despite having good prices, the staff needs to improve or train if the volume of customers is always the pretext. Besides being a hassle to order at home, they end up sending you the items they want and not the ones you ask for.
