★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, en especial de la señora que atiende el teléfono ( se llama Alejandra) cuenta con una actitud prepotente y déspota, no me solucionó el problema , habían quedado de venir en dos ocasiones y las dos ocasiones me quedaron mal. Tuve que cancelar el servicio.
 Terrible customer service, especially from the lady who answers the phone (her name is Alejandra), she has an arrogant and despotic attitude, she did not solve the problem for me, they had agreed to come twice and both times they were bad for me. I had to cancel the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te apoyan con equipo de instalación para concreto, dejaron todo cochino y tubos sin sellar. Buenos productos funcionales, pero pésimo acabado. Mi sala se ve horrible.
They do not support you with installation equipment for concrete, they left everything dirty and unsealed pipes. Good functional products, but lousy finish. My room looks horrible.
