★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención me mandaron lo que quisieron una bolsa ysl con una cadena sin broche para colgar, unos lentes que ni pedí y aparte rotos, un cinturón con la hebilla oxidada pedí que me hicieran el cambio y pues con la sorpresa de que yo tenia que pagar el envío y el retorno de la misma mercancía, por sus errores iba a terminar pagando yo ¿? Osea como y ni se dignaron a después contestarme o darme explicación

Me atreví a recomendarlos y una amiga hizo una compra significativa, le mandaron dos bolsas con detalles y en vez de resolver el problema y asumir la responsabilidad de haber enviado algo mal, le dijeron que eran muchas bolsas para revisar todo y pues que si no le parecía que ya no comprara con uds. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo un año comprando con ellos, los productos me parecen de buena calidad ,aunque últimamente he tenido dos malas experiencias ,pues las carteras Guess han salido descarapeladas y mis clientes se han quejado de ello, creo que la calidad de Guess obvio clon y económica ha bajado ,una bolsa que aún no he vendido comenzó a descarapelarsé Sola, también la atención dde Aidee es excelente y si me ha brindado soluciones, mi sugerencia es cambiar el proveedor de Guess pues solamente ahí está la falla!!!
