★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has some stores that are needed for life here in Mexico. The biggest problem is the parking situation, especially after the morning. Typically, I walk over from either Walmart or Mega in order to not have to deal with the headache. The plaza keeps the grounds clean and of course there is a Starbucks to go and hang out in.
