I'm front of city hall is a vast grinder and then a large public part with a gazebo. The park is posted that free WiFi is available, but I've not yet tested it. There are a lot of places to sit here. The park can get fairly crowded. To escape the throng, many enter the area around the Cathedral, which is quiet and has some seating.
