All the infrastructure in very bad condition, from the docks and lounge, to the floor and the cellars, especially very bad attention of the person in charge of the place

Good attention, easy access to boats, people, as in all of Mazatlán super friendly. There we take the boat called Catamar that took us to the Isla de Piedra and a walk through the open sea, such as the sea caves (where eventually you can see sea lions, dolphins and whales) in addition to the view of the Mazatlán lighthouse from the sea, the service is very enjoyable. There are also very large boats such as the Baja Ferry that takes you with everything and a car to Baja California Sur.

If the sewer plant wasn't right here this would be #1 for Cruiser's to anchor. Bus line is super close. Showers and the security watches your dinghy. 50 pesos a day. Martin is really sweet. He rescues cats. He spends his own money to buy food. It's a Very Busy port with lots of your Cats moving about taking people to the beaches.

Club Nautico has 24 hour security a dingy dock, restrooms, cold showers and ice available for sale. If you are an overnight boater you can anchor just west of the club in less than 30 feet of water in a good holding bottom. The anchorage is inside the main harbor and you need to hail "traffico maritimo" on Ch. 16 to ask permission to enter or exit the harbor. Cruise ships and ferrys and other large commercial craft usually take priority over leisure traffic.
