★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 meses y sigo esperando que arreglen mi vehiculo, no es mala la atencion pero creo que el tiempo de espera es exageradamente largo ( al menos al dia de hoy sigo sin que me arreglen el vehiculo) y platique con otro cliente que me dijo lo mismo, a el le tardaron mes y medio, . Espero que almenos cuando lo arreglen lo hagan bien.( ojo esto en el depto de hojalateria y pintura)
 2 months and I'm still waiting for my vehicle to be fixed, the service isn't bad but I think the waiting time is excessively long (at least to this day I still haven't had my vehicle fixed) and I talked to another client who told me the same thing , it took him a month and a half, . I hope that at least when they fix it they do it well. (look at this in the body shop and painting department)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agencia de lo peor. Las chicas de citas una verguenza. No saben tratar al cliente. Muy molesto al descubrir que cuando vas al servicio. O solo t limpian tus mismos filtros o compran lo q ocupan de tu auto en autozone. De verdad que es lamentable.
Worst agency. Dating girls are an embarrassment. They don't know how to treat the customer. Very upset to find out when you go to the restroom. Or they just clean your own filters or buy what they use for your car at autozone. It really is unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de mantenimiento es muy bueno, el personal atiende bien y te explica detalladamente el trabajo efectuado a y vehículo. Doy 4 estrellas porque el servicio para agendar la cita no está bien coordinado con la plaza de León, ya que si lo solicitas en línea te atienden en México y no hay una respuesta inmediata y el cliente se queda en espera días y días.
The maintenance service is very good, the staff attends well and explains in detail the work done to and vehicle. I give 4 stars because the service for scheduling the appointment is not well coordinated with Plaza de León, since if you request it online they serve you in Mexico and there is no immediate response and the client is left waiting for days and days.
