His excuse was that the insurance did not authorize the piece, a complete lie because I spoke to the insurance and they confirmed that he requested repair and not change the piece. I don't know if this advisor wins anything by doing this or is just incompetent. He asked me to leave it one more day to make it perfect ... not that it can't be done ?? I decided not to do it, this workshop no longer builds trust. I also work very sloppy, they passed paint where they should not and also the car they washed according to dirt, they could not deliver it to me ... everything full of dust inside, even in this lie. Worse than a corner duckling workshop. The manager Arturo Morales contacted me, he apologized and an exterior and interior aesthetic to amend his mistake.
