★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato al cliente y la jefa de servicios es una persona prepotente y grosera e incompetente acudí el miércoles 12 de enero alas 11 de la mañana y me trataron de lo peor y eso que soy un buen cliente mazda así que no visiten esa agencia aún que les cueste un poco más de tiempo vallan a otra. Que si los atiendan como debe de ser y les den toda la información que necesitan.....
Terrible customer service and the head of services is an arrogant, rude and incompetent person. I went on Wednesday January 12 at 11 in the morning and they treated me the worst and I am a good Mazda customer so do not visit that agency yet It takes a little longer for them to go to another. That if they serve them as it should be and give them all the information they need.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardaron más en el servicio de lo q me dijeron, no me querían hacer valida la garantía por un sello q me faltaba aun cuando tenia la papelería que acreditaba que el servicio anterior lo realize en un distribuidor mazada oficial, entiendo q no es la culpa total de los empleados y que son políticas de las empresas pero es ridículo y me hacen perder tiempo.
They took longer in the service than they told me, they did not want to validate the guarantee for a seal that I was missing even though I had the paperwork that accredited that the previous service was carried out at an official mazada distributor, I understand that it is not my fault of the employees and that they are company policies but it is ridiculous and they waste my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Más de dos meses para que me entreguen una pequeña pieza que tuve que pagar previamente. Hoy me la entrega la chica del taller y cuando la quiero colocar al auto, sopresa: NO ES LA PIEZA CORRECTA!!!.. Llamo y después de 5 llamadas me dice la chica de recepción que están ocupados en el taller pero que ella misma se encarga de que me regresen la llamada y me den solución, pasó el tiempo y vuelvo a llamar a las 6:50 (el horario de cierre es a las 7) y NUNCA contestaron!!! Obviamente me tengo que esperar y volver a pasar con la pieza equivocada a EXIGIR un cambio por su error, para que me pongan su cara de estúpidos y me tenga que esperar más tiempo... Dan un servicio de basura!
Terrible service! More than two months to get a small piece that I had to pay for in advance. Obviously I have to wait and go back to the wrong piece to DEMAND a change for their mistake, so that they put their stupid face on me and I have to wait longer ... They give a garbage service!
