Desde el del valet parking, la recepcionista y los de ventas todos muy buen servicio.
Particularmente nuestra vendera, Karla Lopez Guerra nos ayudó en la demostración en vivo, a empezar y a acelerar el proceso de compra y a lidiar con la escasez de vehículos. Todo el tiempo estuvo al pendiente del Whatsapp y nos ayudó mucho con trámites gubernamentales y con los del banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualmente estoy en un proceso de compra en esa agencia, a pesar de tener un servicio amable los tiempos compromiso en el proceso no son su fuerte, carro liquidado al 100% y aún no tengo mi factura y son muchas largas que si el pedido mal, que si el alta, que si tarda la facturación al final el afectado es uno y obvio la entrega que era este fin de semana no sera en tiempo tampoco. En actualización porque no creo que deban borrarse las reseñas (así como escribirlas al calor del momento), también se debe reconocer cuando las cosas se solucionan bien, a pesar del retraso de 4 días que puede deberse a muchos temas incluso fuera de las manos de la agencia, la forma de resolver y atender habla mucho de lo que sera una relación de negocios y una especial felicitación a Guillermo Vargas que siempre estuvo atento de mis necesidades.
