★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio demoran en atenderte y no saben sobre equipamiento de vehículos la señora que me atendió mala actitud y no tienen prueba de manejo otro detalle y gran lista de espera para comprar vehículo nuevo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, la peor Mazda a la que llevo mi auto, no dan un número celular de cada asesor y llamas a la sucursal y te direccionan al área pero nunca contestan, así me paso más de 20 veces, y al salir le escuchaba un ruido y le faltaban 2 tornillos a una puerta

De las agencias que están por esa zona y visite fue la única que no me ofreció bebida, quiero pensar que fue por la contingencia ? En seminuevos también el personal fue amable y los trámites muy rápidos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entiendo que el lavado es de cortesía pero no es posible que después de haber cuidado la unidad durante mucho tiempo en un mal lavado se haya rayado y sobre todo después de un servicio en esta agencia. Los servicios no son económicos al menos deberían de tener cuidado en la estética del vehículo que ya de por sí es muy difícil mantenerla
I understand that the washing is courtesy but it is not possible that after having cared for the unit for a long time in a bad wash it has been scratched and especially after a service in this agency. The services are not cheap, at least they should be careful in the aesthetics of the vehicle, which is already very difficult to maintain.
