No tenían el vehículo.
Prometieron escribir para reagendar la cita y compartir detalles y no se comunicaron.
Terrible servicio. Si este es el trato de su personal no quiero ni imaginar el servicio post venta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos a una cita para probar el coche que nos habían asignado, pero no había la persona encargada y tampoco había coche. La persona que nos atendió dijo que vendría a la casa mañana con un coche de demostración como disculpa, pero nunca volvió a escribirnos.
Para empezar, la agencia no tenía coche, y aunque hubiera apuntado ahora, habría sido dos meses más tarde. Entonces nos hicieron dos veces una promesa que no tenían intención de cumplir desde el principio. Tomamos un taxi hasta allí, lo que fue una pérdida de tiempo y dinero.
Si se tratara de una compra única y barata, como un artículo de consumo, sería perdonable. Pero un contrato de coche es una larga relación con el seguro y el mantenimiento, y debe ser una compra cara. Como una agencia que vende créditos, aquí no es posible hacer una compra!
Ojalá importaran de Japón no sólo sus productos, sino también la formación de sus empleados!
We went to an appointment to test drive the car we had been assigned, but there was no person in charge and there was no car. The person who attended us said that he would come to the house tomorrow with a demo car as an apology, but he never wrote to us again.
To begin with, the agency did not have a car, and even if he had signed up now, it would have been two months later. Then they made us a promise twice that they had no intention of keeping from the beginning. We took a taxi there, which was a waste of time and money.
If it were a one-time, cheap purchase, such as a consumer item, it would be forgivable. But a car contract is a long relationship with insurance and maintenance, and it must be an expensive purchase. As an agency that sells credits, it is not possible to make a purchase here!
I wish they imported from Japan not only their products, but also the training of their employees!
