Fui a las instalaciones para ver un seminuevo que se supone que estaba en esa dirección ya que es su sitio wed decía que dicho vehículo se encontraba en la sucursal de marina nacional. Y ohhh sorpresa el auto se encuentra hasta Huixquilucan pero el vendedor como gana en euros no hizo ni el intento por decirme se lo mando traer para que lo vea. Pésima atención.

Compré un auto seminuevo en la agencia Mazda de Marina Nacional CDMX, siendo atendida por la vendedora Fernanda.
La primer queja es que me lo dieron sin aceite de motor y se desentendieron totalmente de dicha situación, yo tuve que salir y comprar el aceite y ponérselo al auto.
Luego, quedaron de entregarme al siguiente día hábil copia simple de la factura como auto nuevo, pero llevo una semana realizado múltiples llamadas y no obtengo ningún tipo de respuesta satisfactoria, me dicen que: "no está la persona encargada", "está enferma", "no hay nadie en estos momentos", "ya te la vamos a enviar".
Pésima atención, no es recomendable.

I bought a pre-owned car at the Mazda agency in Marina Nacional CDMX, being serviced by the saleswoman Fernanda.
The first complaint is that they gave it to me without motor oil and they totally ignored this situation, I had to go out and buy the oil and put it in the car.
Then, they were to give me the next business day a simple copy of the invoice as a new car, but I have been making multiple calls for a week and I have not received any type of satisfactory answer, they tell me that: "the person in charge is not there", "is sick" , "There is no one at the moment", "We are going to send it to you".
Terrible attention, it is not recommended.
