Pesima actitud de la vendedora, no ofrece absolutamente nada de información sobre el auto, ni siquiera fue buena para hacer una cotización. Da la impresión de que si no te ves de dinero ni siquiera te hace caso. Mal! ?

Deplorable la Atención , los he visitado 3 veces y el asesor(@) que me atendió muy déspota además de que tienen meses sin unidades nuevas disponibles y según es una marca que se vende mucho ???

Muy buena atención por parte del vendedor Oswaldo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, está al pendiente de todo el proceso y te brinda la información precisa y en el momento oportuno. Si asisten, no duden en contactarlo, seguro que los convence. El lugar tiene estacionamiento. Y el valet parking es también muy atento.

El horario indicado es que cierran a las 8:00 p.m. sin embargo, comenta el personal de seguridad qué es a las 6:00 p.m. Entiendo el tema del horario, pero deberían de actualizar los datos en google. Además el personal de vigilancia cero amabilidad y atención, sé que su trabajo únicamente se limita a vigilar, pero deberia ser más empático.

Acudí un domingo para preguntar sobre unos modelos que me interesan comprar (De hecho iba con la intención de empezar a realizar los tramites para compra incluyendo la prueba de manejo). Para empezar el de seguridad que esta afuera me pregunto el motivo por el que iba (O sea no voy a comprar, ver o probar una moto o si? o es un banco acaso?) Luego me pregunto mi nombre (No creo que sea el protocolo a seguir). Le dije que queria ver modelos, costos, promociones (creditos, financiamientos, etc) y el de seguridad dice que no tienen (no sabía que tambien vendía, con todo respeto). Entro a la agencia, una chica amable atiende a una pareja mostrandoles un auto y para mi mala suerte me atiende una señora delgada, cabello negro que lamentablemente no supe su nombre pero estaba en el primer cubiculo, entrando a la agencia de frente. Le pregunte si tenian tambien autos seminuevos (me dijo no tenian, solo nuevos, no se si en verdad no tengan), le pregunte requisitos de prueba de manejo (me dijo que no tenian prueba siendo que afuera quiza no sabe ingles pero dice test drive o quiza no sabe en que empresa esta pero mazda la ofrece en cualquier sucursal), le pregunte costos y modelos (en lugar de tratar de venderme, mostrarme las unidades, solo saca una lista de precios, me los enseña y guarda la lista) Terrible atención, acudire a otra sucursal, espero no tener que tratar con gente asi de nuevo o mazda tendra que capacitar y ser mas exigente en el reclutamiento de su personal si quieren dar el salto a una marca premium. Terrible experiencia para ser la primera vez que quiero comprar un auto de agencia y peor en mazda que he visto con muchos clientes satisfechos.

I asked him if they also had pre-owned cars (he told me they didn't have them, only new ones, I don't know if they really don't have them), I asked him about the driving test requirements (he told me they didn't have a test since outside maybe he doesn't know English but he says test drive or maybe he doesn't know what company he belongs to but mazda offers it at any branch), I asked him for costs and models (instead of trying to sell me, show me the units, he just takes out a list of prices, shows them to me and keeps the list) Terrible Attention, I will go to another branch, I hope I don't have to deal with people like that again or Mazda will have to train and be more demanding in recruiting its staff if they want to make the leap to a premium brand. Terrible experience for the first time that I want to buy a car from an agency and worst in Mazda that I have seen with many satisfied customers.
