★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los asesores de servicio te prometen cosas que no cumplen, te dicen fechas y lo siguen alargando, mas de dos meses y todavía no me dan una solución, te dicen que te prestaran un carro y al final te dicen que todavía no lo desocupa el otro cliente
Terrible service, the service advisors promise you things that they don't deliver, they tell you dates and they keep extending it, more than two months and they still don't give me a solution, they tell you that they will lend you a car and in the end they tell you that they still haven't vacate the other client

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta incomodo el acceso a Mazda, por la calle lateral de lado de avenida sendero, el estacionamiento sale por la avenida sendero. La cual esta muy cerca de la parada de camiones. Ls agencia es amplia, aunque se ve muy poca afluencia de personas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experiencia llegue a las 7:10 siendo que cierran a las 8 y estaba cerrado, la única vendedora que estaba nisiquera se paro de su escritorio para disculpar su flojera del por qué no atendernos se limito a hacer una seña de ya esta cerrado y pues nimodo. Obviamente no quería trabajar, un cliente menos mazda gracias a la pésima actitud de tus vendedores te falta mucho para ser premium.
