★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atencion x parte de Ivo Fonseca, fui a ver opciones de la CX5 y su atencion fue muy aprisa muy cortante, cero trato al cliente y cuando le dije que estaba viendo opciones como que se molesto y me dijo que deberia de ser realista en que estoy buscando de una forma super arrogante, mejor me voy a otra marca, si asi atienden a un posible cliente no me quiero imaginar como tratan al cliente...

El no darle las 5 estrellas es a razón de que en los servicios el lavado de auto deja muchísimo que desear, me pregunto si es que realmente los lavan y aspiran o solo le pasan un trapo húmedo porque en mis servicios me lo han entregado asqueroso
In my case they have treated me well and quickly, I have not had any problem with my unit. Not giving it 5 stars is because in the services the car wash leaves a lot to be desired, I wonder if they really wash and vacuum them or just wipe them with a damp cloth because in my services they have delivered it to me disgusting

Hasta que le comente que el auto que me interesaba tenia varios detalles en la pintura y los rines
Su actitud fue muy prepotente al decirme: cuales? A ver... Nuestros coches no tienen detalles en pintura
Y al señalarle el cofre, la cajuela, la salpicadera y 2 rines no le quedo mas que aceptar su error
