★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decidi dar un obsequio a mis hemanas para relajarse , lamentablemente la contadora del lugar no sabe el concepto de " relajación" del spa. Su contadora la cuál está ubicada frente a las habitaciones de masajes paso más de 20 Min en una llamada telefónica con voz demasiado alta que asta la recepción podía escuchar , me acerke para ver si al percatarse que había más personas podría bajar su tono de voz pero no al contrario siguió con otra llamada regrese nuevamente y le pedí Ke si podría cerrar su puerta a lo cual contesto " si claro cierrala" ni siquiera tomo la molestia de levantar se , YO como clinte tuve Ke hacerlo por ella. Una falta de respeto y ética hacia el cliente. El masaje no fue de relajación pues mís hermanas escucharon todo el tiempo la conversación de la contadora . No recomiendo el servicio quedé muy desepcionada.
