★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima inmobiliaria!!!... El mas afectado eres tu, el comprador. Desconocen la documentacion que te piden para un credito. Se retractan de sus tratos y arriesgas tus anticipos los cuales son los mas altos del mercado aparte de la penalizacion que no les aplican a sus vendedores. Lo mas seguro con ellos es que vas a perder tu dinero y tu tiempo....Pero esa es mi opinion de acuerdo a mi experiencia. Yo no arriesgaria mi dinero con esta inmobiliaria...pero la descision la tiene cada uno de ustedes. P.d. Que raro que no me tengan registrado si fui personalmente a su inmobiliaria (la cual por cierto no tiene identificacion como negocio como lo marca la ley porque es una casa particular) pero pueden constatarlo... Si no demande a su cliente fue porque mi tiempo es muy valioso y me interesaba recuperar mi anticipo para iniciar otra operacion con gente realmente seria...gracias por nada.
Bad real estate !!! ... The most affected is you, the buyer. They do not know the documentation that they ask you for a loan. They back out of their deals and you risk your advances which are the highest in the market apart from the penalty that they do not apply to their sellers. The safest thing with them is that you are going to lose your money and your time .... But that is my opinion according to my experience. I would not risk my money with this real estate ... but the decision is up to each one of you. P.S. How strange that they do not have me registered if I went personally to their real estate (which by the way does not have an identification as a business as required by law because it is a private house) but they can verify it ... If you do not sue your client it was because of my time It is very valuable and I was interested in recovering my advance to start another operation with really serious people ... thanks for nothing.
