MBM Red Sun Hotel - 64500 Monterrey

I hate it the breakfast was horrible and the service was horrible too I'm never going to stay there again and the rooms are good but the bathroom was a little dirty.The plates are broken and it's not pretty.???☠️

Rooms and general aspect of the hotel is nice for the price but the staff and service was appalling if not terrible, also the bed sheets were hard and noisy together with the breakfast I don't think is the best option, poor menu and taste

The location was great, the rooms were cool. but the service was kind of bad; we waited for an hour to get our meals during the breakfast.

The rooms are big, the shower is great, breakfast delicious, affordable rates over all it is very nice

Nice rooms, sheets had black boot prints and black dirt all throughout. They switched our room but that bed had the same issue.no blankets on bed or closets. Sheets only! They said they're was no person who could change our sheets. Issues in the restaurant as well but that's a whole other story.

Rooms are spacious, really. Very clean and new. Bathroom is clean marble, nice effect. Breakfasts are better than some high end hotels. Excellent and very safe parking. A good place to stay. Close to a metro station too.

It's structured more like a motel than a hotel that surrounds the parking lot. Regardless of that, the room was really comfortable. They have excellent parking security with security guards. They were still out there checking cars after midnight when we went to bed, and no one is allowed in the lot unless staying in the hotel. So it's great if you are traveling with a lot of luggage or possessions in your vehicle.

What a pity that being a 4-star hotel you cannot have solutions to typical cases that happen. We would never recommend the hotel to anyone unless they want to have a bad time. Since the reservation is a problem the website is full of a pack of lies. 1 they say that they accept all cards and when you want to pay they tell you that american express does not... when on the page they say acerparla. no visa either They only accept reservation by bank transfer without any guarantee. 2 impossible to contact someone of authority by phone only the reception people who have a terrible attitude and are even rude. 3 late check out not available... We filled the hotel for a sporting event that we had and they did not give us the attention of being able to leave later despite the fact that due to the weather the athletes had to continue competing until late asking them to go deliver rooms and then continue competing. Unheard 4 we offered to pay extra to check out later and their rate for 4 more hrs is 700 pesos almost the full cost of the night. 5 they did not allow us to pay an extra night so that they could check out later due to hotel availability when we had almost a full hotel due to the competition. In short, the worst service experience I've ever had, it's a shame it's with my royal compatriots. Unable to provide solutions.... Closed. Note for the next time you travel DO NOT APPROACH MBM RED SUN IT'S AWFUL.
