Lleve mi automovil passat, color azul marino a lavar este 15 de Mayo del 2021, pagando el tratamiendo de cera liquida con aplicacion de silicon para interiores con un costo de 200 pesos. Pero lamentablemente me entregaron el auto, con el 50% del cofre rayado de manera muy profunda y al hacer el reclamo a la propietaria, ella argumento que nunca acepta ese tipo de reclamaciones porque uno como cliente quiere abusar, mencionando que seguro como el carro estaba sucio por eso, nisiquiera se notaban. Lamentablemente y aun cuando yo le reitere que estaba 100% seguro de que el vehiculo no tenia ese daño y que soy cliente de años por lo que mostraba mi inconformidad, era para hacerle ver que mi auto no llevaba esos rayones y que esperaba que ellos se hicieran cargo del daño provocado. Pero desafortunadamente ella en lugar de dar una respuesta profesional o de reflejar alguna intension de minimizar el daño, se concreto a decir que la gente siempre le reclama cosas para abusar del negocio, mencionando que no acepata ese tipo de reclamaciones por ella esta amparada por las camaras del circuito cerrado que tiene. A lo cual le mencione, que las camaras no tienen una resolucion tan alta como para captar esos detalles y sin mas, me dejo hablano solo, me dio la espalda y se encamino con otra persona. Sinceramente esperaba al menos una disculpa por el daño causado o alguna intension de queres solucionarlo pero no fue asi. Por lo que no recomiendo este autobaño y espero que no le llegue a suceder a alguien mas esto.
