★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They let in two other parties of two before us because they didn't take or name on arrival (because nobody else was waiting at the time). The girl I tried to explain it to gave me a very dirty look, apparently placing too much faith in her workmates. Live music was good though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can see a lot of beers listed in their menu, but they barely have 3 or 4 out of the tens they show there. Besides, the music, regardless of the day or show, it's very loud. Not saying it should be low, but it is that loud, that most of the times, and I've been there several times, and in Puebla, too, you can barely chat with your friends.
If the volume were not that loud, people would stay longer and consume more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was horrible. I ordered a burger (well done). It came red and slimy on the inside. I couldn't stand to eat it. I gave it to my brother to eat.... pretty sure that's what gave him food poisoning. Music was good, but excessively loud, as in I couldn't hear the person next to me. Bathroom was fairly clean. Would not recommend.
