★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More spacious than other McDonald's, and more relaxed. I see many people come to this one to work, there are many outlets the connect laptops, decent WiFi and on slow times of the day they invite you in a tour of the kitchen.
Edit:
Previously had rated this one higher, now it's among the most disgusting restaurants of this franchise. Trays where you're served your order are really disgusting, greasy and with traces of the food from other customers. Sorry I had to mention this, floors are dirty an greasy, if the areas you see are in that condition just imagine how the areas you don't see are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yestarday we visited ome of our favorite fast food Restaurants, the service was like most of the times, they greet you with a smile, the time from order to receive the food was 5 stars, the only inconvenience was the toilets, thet had an awful smell of pee and the floor was wet. I dont know why but lately they seem to be short on employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SERVING LOCALS BEFORE US. 55mins and still waiting for breakfast. 16/2/20. Have counted 15+ locals who ordered after me get their food.. still waiting now as i post this. Arrived 1015.. Now 1120....I just want my money back right now... Update: 1127am complained about locals getting served.. they forgot my order. No compensation, meagre apology. DONT GO HERE UNLESS READY TO HARASS STAFF TO BE SERVED... Update. Received order 1133am... 1hr 18mins... Update: Upon getting home we see that the order is incorrect..., Sad sad sad.. Spoiled our day....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good place, but almost all the orders are prepared on demand. You need to wait from 5 to 10 minutes to complete your order. It is crowded because it is inside the most visited Wal-Mart in Cancún. The tables are always dirty, maybe because it is a mini food court. They close at 2 am in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally slow service but food was hot and well prepared. One out of two breakfast orders had minor error. Staff was friendly with a few English speakers. Very good Covid-19 processes.
