★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little staff, very slow service. The glory days of this branch seem to have ended long ago. Commonly missing ingredients or supplies. However, the food is of excellent quality, but for these reasons I prefer the Antara branch located a few meters away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. This place is very unprofessional. They don't greet you. They don't open on time. They do not offer breakfast. Even when they open in the mornings they aren't prepared to take your order. The person that attends you acts like they are bothered to take your order. I've never experienced worse service at a McDonald's. This is not a one time experience, I eat here at least once a week. The first time I gave them the benefit of doubt but the same horrible service is given each and every time. The ONLY reason I continue to spend my money at this location is for the wifi connection but I seriously doubt I'll return. It's just not an enjoyable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is really slow, doesn't efficiently make decisions, waiting for ketchup they just needed to reach under the counter staff prefer first to go aaaaall the way back for some fries and then comes back to hand me the ketchup. This is not fast food and there was not many people there today.
