★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come and enjoy our garbage service and food. They took 15 minutes to serve, Pop was flat water, no flavor and the fries OMG, How? How can they keep fu*#&#^^# the damn fries everywhere? Someone please open a class somewhere in Monterrey on how to use a timer. Unreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few things in this world make my heart feel sad and sorry. One of them is a McDonald's were employees are lost inside the kitchen doing everything but serve you food. I spent near to 10 min waiting for food in the drive-thru and then 5 more for my beverage. When I opened the bag not only my burger was cold the fries were overcooked. 2 stars because is McDonald's but I really feel sorry for the management in charge of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed opinion. Sometimes they go out of their way to make your visit great, and sometimes they are just rude staff. Food as you have come to expect from McDonald's normally fast service with few mistakes. Good patking. Restaurant tends to be a little hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's states that it 24 hrs but the employees refused to give us service through the drive through because it was no long 24 hrs. What doesn't make sense is that the McDonald's actually seem opened the employees were just sitting down and talking. Why would they have people in the night shift if they will not provided service.
